Service Description
Come and get your boob on and join us for for making your own unique mug with a pair on knockers on the side. In this workshop we will guide you though how to make your mug step by step before personalising it with a pair of boob, just 1 or none at all. On the 18th October we are doing our Special Breast Cancer Awareness one where £10 from each booking will go towards the cause. Dress to impress in pink if you fancy. Leave the item with us to dry and have a firing in our on-site kiln so that you can collect them in 2 weeks ready for painting in our studio at a time and date that works for you. Don't forget to bring the Alcohol as we supply the glasses! This year we are also offering private sessions for groups of 8 people, so grab some friends, bring some wine and get in touch with us with a date and time and well book you in for your own personal session manicceramix@gmail.com Price includes making the mugs, first firing, Studio fee to come back 2 weeks later to paint your house and then leave it with us for glazing with a re-firing to make the colours pop for you to take home. For ages 18+ Dates: Thursday 19th September Friday 18th October Time: 7pm - 10pm Booking info: *Advanced booking essential with a maximum of 10 spaces available. *£10 deposit taken when booking online with final amount to pay on the evening. *Age18+ Join us for a fun filled evening of hand-building with clay to create your very own personalised Mug or Jug. We teach you how to roll out the clay in the best possible way and using tools, silicone moulds and stamps we will help you every step of the way to create your own personalised unique mug or jug. After creating your mug or jug, you leave them with us where we leave them to dry out for us to do a first firing. Before you leave, we book you in for a studio session to come back after 2 weeks to paint them however you wish. Once you have finished painting, we glaze your frogs and do a second firing to make the colours pop, where they will be ready to collect 7 days later to go to their new home. No knowledge of clay work is necessary - perfect for beginners to clay or those just wanting a fun evening of creative crafting! Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. During busy periods such as weekends, half terms, and holidays, please call the studio to cancel your appointment, as emails are not checked throughout the day and only in the evenings. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable. However, sessions can be moved, and the deposit is retained and can be used toward your total payment. Sessions can only be moved at Manic Ceramix’s discretion and require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by email or by phone. If the session cannot be rebooked, the deposit is forfeited. See details below for further breakdown: Deposits are taken for Pottery Painting and Late-Night Painting. Studio Painting sessions – Your deposit is the studio fee for both painters and non-painters, and secures your booking with us. The studio fee deposit is separate from the cost of the pottery itself — you will only pay for the pottery you choose during your session. Please note: all attendees occupying a seat in the studio, including non-painters, are charged a studio fee. Due to seating is limited, this prevents another customer from booking and painting. Please note: all studio fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether attendees paint or not. At our discretion, any booking where a baby has been included and paid for a studio fee — but is not painting — will be refunded. Deposits on Late-Night Pizza and Painting are to secure the booking and food supply. Deposits on Parties are mandatory to secure the booking. Deposits on Workshops vary depending on the workshop.
